EasyRenz Thailand – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for payments made through the EasyRenz Thailand platform ("Platform"), including subscription fees and booking-related payments (if any).

1. Definitions

"EasyRenz", "we", "us", "our" means EasyRenz Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates or partners operating the Platform in Thailand.

"User", "you" means any person using the Platform.

"Operator" means a property operator, owner, or manager who lists properties and manages bookings or tenancies through the Platform.

"Subscription" means a paid plan for SaaS access (if applicable).

"Booking Payment" means any payment collected via the Platform in relation to a booking or reservation (if applicable).

2. General Rules

  • Refunds are granted only in the circumstances described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where practicable.
  • Processing times depend on banks and payment processors and may vary.

3. Subscription Fees (SaaS)

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, including partial periods, unused time, or non-usage.
  • You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If EasyRenz discontinues a subscription service not caused by your breach, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion may be provided at our discretion.

4. Booking Payments (If Applicable)

Operator rejection: If an Operator rejects a booking after payment, the Booking Payment will be refunded in full.

User cancellation: Refund eligibility depends on the Operator's cancellation policy shown at checkout. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Operator cancellation: If an Operator cancels a confirmed booking, the Booking Payment will be refunded in full unless an alternative arrangement is accepted.

Note: Payments made directly to Operators outside the Platform must be refunded by the Operator directly.

5. Incorrect Charges or Fraud

Contact EasyRenz immediately if you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated.

Supporting documents may be required before processing a refund.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 15 business days by EasyRenz.

  • Credit / debit cards: 5–15 business days (or longer depending on issuer)
  • Bank transfers: 3–15 business days after confirmation
  • E-wallets or other methods: timelines vary by provider

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, EasyRenz may suspend your account during investigation and provide transaction evidence to the bank or payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
